FREE delivery on all orders over £75. For orders under £75, delivery is a flat £5.99.
Our minimum order value is £25.00.
Order Cutoff & Processing
Order before 11:00am (Monday to Friday) and your order will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
Orders placed after 11:00am, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day. During peak periods (e.g. Ramadan, Eid, Christmas), processing may take an additional 1–2 working days.
Carrier & Tracking
All orders are delivered by DPD, our courier partner. On the day of dispatch you will receive:
- •A confirmation email with your DPD tracking number
- •A one-hour delivery window notification via text or email on the morning of delivery
You can manage your delivery through the DPD app or website with options to:
- •Deliver to a neighbour
- •Leave in a safe place
- •Redirect to a DPD Pickup shop (over 16,000 locations including Post Office and Sainsbury's)
- •Rearrange delivery for another day
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses only, covering England, Scotland (Lowlands), and Wales.
We do not currently deliver to:
- • Scottish Highlands and Islands
- • Northern Ireland
- • Channel Islands
- • Isle of Man
- • Isles of Scilly
- • Republic of Ireland
- • International destinations
We plan to expand coverage in the future.
Failed Deliveries
If DPD cannot deliver your parcel, they will attempt to leave it with a neighbour or redirect it to a nearby DPD Pickup shop for collection. If the parcel remains uncollected or cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery; an additional delivery charge of £5.99 may apply for redelivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours at support@souqio.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Whilst DPD aims for next working day delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses or BFPO addresses.
- A £25.00 minimum order value applies to all orders.
